These terms and conditions state the rules and regulations for the use of the website.
By accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions.

Creating a personal account

To access certain services, users' information is requested in order to provide a relevant password.
This information must always be true, accurate, valid and complete.
Users are responsible for all transactions carried out with the password and are obliged to immediately notify of any unauthorized use of it.
This information is not disclosed to third parties.

Registered users have the following benefits:

-Can proceed more easily with product orders.
-Can save their favorite products in the wish list.
-Have access to all information about their orders and returns of their orders.

Pricing

VAT is included in the listed prices of the products that appear on the website.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Orders

Upon placement of an order, you are immediately informed by e-mail about the registration of your order.
The order is sent on the first working day after its registration.
By placing your order, we assume that you have read, understood and agreed explicitly and unreservedly with the terms and conditions of operation of our online store, which are described in the section Privacy Policy.

Payments & Security

Our company does not have access to your banking data, and does not store information related to your bank or credit card. Therefore, please enter your payment information for every order you place on the website.

Returns

Return of incorrect or defective products:
In case you receive a defective product or in case there was an error during the execution of your order, such as sending the wrong code, dimensions, color, etc., in relation to what you ordered, you have the right to request its return by sending us an email at info@orbersvinyl.com, or by calling 2313097138.
In order for the return of the product (s) to be accepted, it/they must be unused, and be in the condition in which you received it/them.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, the return approval process begins. The products are checked to see if they meet the terms and conditions stated above.
If the return is accepted, you will be informed by e-mail about the refund depending on your original payment method.
